CopyCol is committed to protecting your privacy. This extension operates entirely locally in your browser and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Data Collection

We do NOT collect any data. Specifically:

No browsing history
No personal information
No usage analytics or telemetry
No cookies or tracking

How the Extension Works

CopyCol only activates when you click the extension icon. It:

Detects tables on the current page you're viewing
Allows you to select columns
Copies data to your clipboard or downloads a CSV file
All processing happens locally in your browser

Permissions Explained

activeTab: Access the current tab only when you click the extension icon
scripting: Inject code to detect tables and enable column selection
storage: Save your preferences locally (theme, settings)
downloads: Save CSV files to your computer
notifications: Show success/error messages

Premium Features (Optional)

If you purchase premium features, payment is processed by PayPal. We only store:

Your email address (to activate your license)
License key (to verify premium status)

Payment data is handled entirely by PayPal and never touches our servers.
